SSA Recruitment (CA) is seeking a Survey Manager for civil construction projects in Lower Mainland, BC. The role oversees a small in-house survey team across multiple municipal projects and focuses on Trimble-based machine control and layout support.

Requires 6+ years of surveying experience, strong Trimble expertise, AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and a valid BC driver’s licence. Competitive salary in the $110,000–$120,000 range plus benefits.

• 6+ years in civil construction surveying, including leading a crew.

• Lead, schedule and mentor a team of construction surveyors.
• Build and check machine control models for grading crews.
• Manage GNSS, robotic total station and machine control equipment.
• Support PMs and superintendents with layout, quantities and as-builts.
