Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to join a growing team in the Oklahoma City area. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead design projects, oversee construction activities, and manage key infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil/structural design experience along with a Professional Engineer (PE) license. This role will work onsite with some flexibility for hybrid scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Develop plans, specifications, and reports for civil engineering projects

• Oversee the design and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities

• Lead and mentor junior engineers on project execution

• Conduct field inspections and gather site data

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

• Review development plans for compliance with engineering standards

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Present technical information to leadership and regulatory bodies

• Ensure quality standards are met throughout design and construction

• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 6+ years of engineering experience (minimum 4 years in a professional engineering role)
