Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Lead Chefs, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Coordinate and prepare daily meals following several different menus and concepts
  • Ensure high quality meals and service to the clients
  • Ensure appropriate portions and presentation
  • Assist with assessment of food requirements according to the menu and inventory, ordering the necessary commodities according to operational standards
  • Place orders
  • Adhere to the budget
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and safety standards
  • Assist with service provision as needed

  • Degree or diploma in culinary management an asset
  • 3 years of foodservice or related management experience in high volume, food production environment
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of hygiene and occupational health and safety standards
  • Customer service oriented and strong communication skills in French and English
