Expected Salary: $67,021 to $100,532

In this role, you will:
  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in executing change controls, reporting to the Manager, Project Controls.
  • Lead change management administration, including collecting contract requirements and gaining customer acceptance of contracts (1379 forms).
  • Control and facilitate changes to project scope, liaising with stakeholders and customers.
  • Maintain controlled project scope throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist project teams in technical and commercial reviews of arising scope for customer acceptance.
  • Develop arising contracts and monitor their progress for project closeout and invoicing.
  • Track project scope and provide reporting metrics.
  • Review and improve scope control processes to enhance team productivity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate brings:
  • A post-secondary degree in business management, accounting, finance, engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of team leadership in a project environment and a total of 4 years of project management experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong spreadsheet modeling abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills in budgeting and financial management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
  • Experience with contracts or commercial aspects is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional designation or working towards it is an asset.
  • Experience with the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) and/or Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is an asset.
  • Eligibility for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
