Expected Salary: $67,021 to $100,532

The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

In this role, you will:
  1. Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in executing change controls, reporting to the Manager, Project Controls.
  2. Lead change management administration, including collecting contract requirements and gaining customer acceptance.
  3. Control and facilitate changes to project scope, liaising with stakeholders and customers.
  4. Maintain a controlled project work scope throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Assist in technical and commercial reviews of scope changes for customer approval.
  6. Develop and monitor arising contracts for scope changes and project closeout.
  7. Provide project scope reporting metrics.
  8. Review and improve scope control processes.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate brings:
  1. A relevant post-secondary degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
  2. At least 2 years of team leadership in project environments and 4 years of overall project management experience.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  4. Strong analytical skills in budgeting and finance.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Experience with contracts or commercial aspects is an asset.
  7. Project Management Professional (PMP) or working towards it is an asset.
  8. Experience with Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) or Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is an asset.
  9. Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
