Duties:
– Perform a variety of skilled labor tasks as assigned

– Manage onsite team of 2 labourers, teaching them techniques while working yourself. Managing quality control.
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
– Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
– Complete tasks in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards.

– Reporting results daily in form of pictures and detailed descriptions of progress.

– Provide daily material lists/daily achievement to your project manager daily.

Experience:
– 5-10 years Previous experience in skilled labor or a related field is mandatory
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
– Proficient in using hand and power tools
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

-Experience in, framing, hanging drywall, flooring, door install, baseboards are a must.

Must Haves:

– Clean driving record and reliable vehicle. No transportation will be provided within city limits.Company vehicle to be provided after 1 month.

– Power tools. (Tool allowance given bi weekly)

– Good attitude and willing to learn.

– Criminal backgrounds checks will be completed on successful candidates.

Hours: 8am-5pm.
