Job summary

Skyservice is seeking a highly experienced Captain to lead aircraft and crew through international flights, delivering a safe, seamless travel experience for clients. The role requires precise adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements, with a focus on exceptional service and operational reliability.

Applicants must hold a Canadian ATPL, a Class 1 Medical Certificate, and demonstrate extensive PIC and jet time, including LR45 rating.

Qualifications

  • Valid Canadian ATPL license required.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum 2,500 hours total flying time.
  • At least 500 hours jet time.
  • Minimum 2,000 hours as PIC; LR45 type rating.
  • Lear 75 experience is a strong asset.
  • Meet ICAO eligibility for operations outside Canada.
  • International flying experience preferred.
  • Proven track record as a captain.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Willing and able to travel without restriction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft from takeoff to landing.
  • Perform duties in strict accordance with the Operations Manual and regulatory requirements.

JOB PURPOSE:

This role leads the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flight, delivering a safe, seamless, and client‑focused travel experience.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers from takeoff to landing
  • Perform all duties in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and regulatory requirements
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting operational excellence and team collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Valid Canadian ATPL License
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Minimum 2,500 hours total flying time
  • At least 500 hours jet time
  • Minimum 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) LR45 type rating
  • Lear 75 experience considered a strong asset
  • Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
  • International flying experience preferred
  • Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Willing and able to travel without restriction
