Job summary

LV Aero, LLC in Dorval, Canada, seeks an experienced Captain to lead international flights with a focus on safety and exceptional customer service. You will command the aircraft and crew from takeoff to landing, ensuring compliance with the Company Operations Manual and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Canadian ATPL, a Class 1 Medical, and substantial PIC hours, including jet time, plus international flight experience.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Canadian ATPL license.
• Maintain a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Accumulate minimum 2,500 total flying hours, including 500 jet hours and 2,000 PIC hours.
• LR45 rating and ICAO eligibility for ops outside Canada.
• Experience in international flights and proven Captain track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft and crew during international flights to ensure safety and client-focused service.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

This role leads the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flight, delivering a safe, seamless, and client-focused travel experience.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, maintaining the highest standards of safety for all passengers from takeoff to landing
• Perform all duties in strict accordance with the Company Operations Manual and regulatory requirements
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned, supporting operational excellence and team collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Valid Canadian ATPL License
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2,500 hours total flying time
• At least 500 hours jet time
• Minimum 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
• LR45 type rating
• Lear 75 experience considered a strong asset
• Applicants must meet ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
• International flying experience preferred
• Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Willing and able to travel without restriction
