Qualifications

• Extensive experience manufacturing, assembling, and installing cabinetry for residential and commercial projects.
• Strong experience operating CNC routers, edge banders, table saws, and other woodworking machinery safely and independently.
• Experience with laminate, Formica, MDF, melamine, veneers, and other cabinetry materials.
• Ability to read shop drawings, understand measurements, troubleshoot problems, and complete complex projects independently.
• Physically capable of demanding workshop duties, including lifting and handling heavy materials.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom cabinetry and millwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and precision equipment.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all work.
• Assist with shop set up, work flow development, and production standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
