Experience Requirements

Business Analyst: Minimum of 15 years’ recent experience as a lead senior Business Analyst responsible for leading business requirements and process elicitation through stakeholder workshops, facilitation, interviews, and surveys. Experience must include engagement with:

Clinical stakeholders (e.g., Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Specialists, governing bodies/societies)
Non-clinical stakeholders (e.g., Health Information Management SMEs, administrative and management staff)
Executive-level stakeholders

Senior Business Analysis: Minimum of 10 years’ recent experience in performing senior business analysis work, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving in large, complex projects involving multiple business units and stakeholders, operating over extended periods and addressing business/clinical transformation.

IM/IT Experience: 10 years of experience in Information Management/Information Technology, obtained from projects such as IT Contingent Labour for the Department of Health (Requisition #21770, April 2025). The resource must demonstrate ability to travel within New Brunswick for face-to-face meetings as required.
