OpenText is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining connections between business and corporate Sales Applications Technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business systems analysis, Agile methodologies, and a passion for driving technological solutions that enhance business operations.

What The Role Offers

• Lead the assessment of business needs using structured requirements processes to prioritize needs and recommend options, risks, and benefits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and analyze requirements for projects and improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.
• Create process flowcharts, data models, and visual representations of solutions.
• Assist in designing technology solutions aligned with business needs.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring clear communication.
• Document and present findings and recommendations effectively.
• Work with teams to ensure well-written requirements for solution development.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to address vulnerabilities and risks.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, contributing to process improvements.
• Apply Agile methodologies, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Work with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to prioritize and manage product backlogs.

What You Need To Succeed

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with project management success.
• Technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
