About the Role:

Our client is seeking highly skilled Lead BI Developer (Tableau) to drive business intelligence initiatives in the property management sector. This role will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Design and manage ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Lead and mentor junior BI developers while promoting best practices in data visualization.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in BI development, with a focus on Tableau.
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
