Lead Business Analyst (Wealth Management)

Join our team as a Lead Business Analyst (Wealth Management) at CGI .

Position Overview

This hybrid role requires presence at our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge St) and / or the client office at least 2 days per week, with potential for change. As part of the Wealth360 Digital Wealth Platform team, you will oversee business analysis and functional design for the product suite.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding complex business concepts and driving solutions.
• Assist in requirements gathering and refinement.
• Design high-level, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
• Conduct detailed story analysis, including user flows and solution details.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, testers, and project managers to investigate and resolve issues.
• Contribute to process and procedure improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, or related fields; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of UI design, data flows, use case analysis, SQL, Jira, and Confluence.
