  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and analyze complex processes to extract business and technical requirements.
  • Author detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Use SQL to query databases, validate data requirements, perform gap analysis, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with development and QA teams to validate technical designs and ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Canadian wealth management operations such as onboarding, trade execution, fee processing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis frameworks, tools, and templates.

  • Strong knowledge of Canadian wealth management systems, operations, and regulations.
  • Proficient in SQL – able to write and interpret complex queries for data analysis and validation.
  • Preferred: Experience with Charges River or similar portfolio management and trade execution wealth platforms
