Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and industry experience in Wealth Management. This role is critical to driving the success of multiple large projects in the Wealth Management space and insurance modernization initiatives. The successful candidate should have the confidence to work closely with stakeholders to map business requirements for Salesforce FSC solutions, ensuring effective integration and data management. The role will involve working closely with team members and stakeholders to add value and drive successful outcomes in technology modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document business requirements in order to construct personas, identify user profiles, and align to user stories or compose a record/client in Salesforce.
- Map data and databases within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and effective data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, analysts, legal, and PR, to deliver accurate positioning and storytelling of products and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise on Salesforce solutions, in wealth management domains.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce FSC to gather requirements and support wealth modernization and insurance modernization projects.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Confluence, JIRA) and advanced MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for productive discussions collaborative, requirements gathering, and problem solving.
- Salesforce certifications and hands on experience in large scale Salesforce modernization projects.

Plusses
- Working knowledge and industry experience in Institutional Insurance and Life Insurance.
