Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is a trusted home remodeling company in Canada offering exterior and interior improvements. The role involves installing Bath products, following work orders, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and safety.

You will interact with customers face-to-face, on the phone and via email, measure products, prepare labor estimates, and manage job sites to meet quality standards and customer expectations. Training and safety compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within home improvement or construction.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret job specifications and orders.
• Proven ability to measure spaces and products for precise installs.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy and perform pre-construction activities.
• Provide face-to-face, phone and email support to customers; troubleshoot issues to achieve satisfaction.
• Accurately measure products, process product orders, develop labor estimates and specify materials.
• Coordinate with customers and crew to resolve issues during measure, install and service.
• Explain installation processes to customers and answer questions.
• Monitor installs to ensure quality standards and customer service quality throughout lifecycle.
• Lift heavy items (e.g., base showers or tubs) up to 75 lbs and stay on feet for long periods.
• Ensure timely completion of services, collect final payments and documentation.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization; complete OSHA safety course.
