What will your compensation be?

The starting salary for this position is $20.00 per hour.

What will you do in this job?

  • Strive to provide our guests with excellent service and memorable experiences in a professional and sincere manner.
  • Communicate effectively with all customers.
  • Prioritize employee and guest safety to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate.
  • Provide courteous service to all guests.
  • Answer questions about the surroundings and menu.
  • Know the cocktail & drinks menu extensively and guide customers accordingly.
  • Use basic wine knowledge for food pairing and sweetness levels to guide customers.
  • Execute proper wine service as trained by your Sommelier.
  • Know all food items on the menu.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and orderly at all times.
  • Keep stockrooms and storage areas neat and organized.
  • Follow and complete SOPs.
  • Manage cash and float security during operating hours.
  • Manage your own cash floats daily.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • Basic knowledge of the distilling process of main spirit groups (vodka, rum, gin, whiskeys).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • At least 1+ year of bar experience with a minimum of 6 months in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Guest service-oriented.
  • Positive, ‘go-getter’ attitude.
  • Able to lift at least 15 pounds.
  • Able to stand for long periods.
  • Proserve qualifications.
  • Flexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts).
