THE LEAD BANQUET SERVERS AT RIVER'S EDGE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Get to know the guests; be able to comfortably answer any questions a guest may have; ensure guest satisfaction throughout meal service and event
• Oversee the event operations and service execution, supporting the team and leading by example to promote excellent service standards at all stages
• Learn the details of menu offerings for various events
• Deliver and serve food and beverages including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments
• Assist with the growth and development of the team by participating in training, coaching, and communicating employee relations matters to the F&B Manager
• Make a difference in the lives of each and every one of our guests by directly contributing to their extraordinary experiences
• Exercise good judgment and demonstrate leadership abilities
• Drive positive change in the organization

LEAD BANQUET SERVER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Friendly, professional and customer service focused
• Positive, outgoing, and friendly team player
• Ability to build rapport quickly with guests
• Smart Serve Certification required
• 1-2 years' serving experience required; experience working in events an asset
• Reliable transportation required
• Flexible availability required, including availability to work evenings and weekends
