Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Analyst, Global Audit & Assurance (GA&A) located in New Brunswick, NJ. This position is ideally located in New Brunswick, New Jersey; however, this role could sit in Belgium, Prague, or Zug. If not based in NJ, the candidate will need to work primarily Eastern Standard Time or European Standard Hours.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

GA&A is an organization within Johnson & Johnson Finance, a global team with an Enterprise focus including Risk-Based Reviews, SOX, Technology, Cyber Security, Compliance Process Reviews, Sensitive Investigations, and Digital Innovation and Analytics. GA&A's mission is to become a best-in-class audit organization delivering data driven, risk-based audit and assurance projects, that develops talent and drives Johnson & Johnson compliance.

The Lead Analyst will play a pivotal role in guiding the LIFT program, an audit rotational program that aims to accelerate professionals to the manager level. This individual will support the main operations of the program and future expansion opportunities. This role requires attention to detail, passion for talent development, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to craft strategy.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Supervise individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
  • Shape program curriculum
  • Refine program performance management
  • Plan and coordinate training and graduation events
  • Advertise the program across the enterprise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's of Science or similar degree required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or Analytics
  • CPA, CMA or equivalent experience or financial certification(s) is preferred
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, process excellence or related business experience is required
  • Innovative mentality with the skills to translate business needs into solutions
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and develop partnerships
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Effective partner with leaders (business/finance associates) on developing business strategies & influencing at all levels of the organization is required
  • Proven strong performance providing critical thinking and financial leadership is required
  • Ability to lead teams in a complex, virtual, global environment
  • Prior experience leading and developing people is preferred
  • Prior Audit experience is preferred
  • This position may require up to 20% of domestic or international travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$91,000-$147,200

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
