What you'll be responsible for :

Circle is looking for an experienced operations [manager / analyst] to lead the integration, growth, and daily management of USYC, its newly acquired tokenized treasury and money market fund (TMMF). As part of Circle's strategy, USYC will be fully integrated with the USDC stablecoin, enabling seamless access between TMMF collateral and USDC. This integration aims to position USYC as a preferred yield-bearing collateral option for crypto exchanges, custodians, and prime brokers. Based in Bermuda, you will play a key role in this initiative, providing operational expertise and strategic leadership. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily fund management, NAV calculation and token pricing, investment strategy and execution, blockchain and digital asset operations, service provider coordination, and risk management.

What you'll work on :

• Fund Operations : Oversee and streamline daily workflows, including trade settlements, NAV calculations, token pricing, portfolio reconciliations, liquidity management, and investor transactions.
• Blockchain & Digital Assets : Ensure seamless blockchain transactions, monitor smart contracts, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance blockchain-based processes.
• Investment Strategy : Deploy fund assets in alignment with approved policies and develop strategies to achieve financial objectives.
• Service Provider Coordination : Manage relationships with custodians, administrators, blockchain service providers, and financial institutions; support due diligence for potential partners.
• Regulatory Compliance : Work with legal and compliance teams to maintain adherence to financial regulations, AML / KYC requirements, and evolving tokenization laws.
• Risk Management & Security : Implement a robust risk management framework to ensure liquidity and capital sufficiency in normal and stressed conditions; mitigate operational risks, strengthen cybersecurity for tokenized transactions, and oversee custody solutions.
• Process Optimization & Efficiency : Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, implement automation tools, and improve workflow efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring : Work with cross-functional teams to assess fund performance and key financial metrics continuously.
• Market & Industry Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in tokenized assets and money market funds.

What you'll bring to Circle :

• 7+ years of experience in fund operations, financial services, asset management, or fintech, with exposure to blockchain and digital assets.
• Some understanding of, and interest in learning about, tokenized financial instruments, blockchain technology, smart contracts, and on-chain operations (e.g., mint / burn, atomic swaps).
• Experience working with fund administrators, custodians, and financial institutions.
• Comfort with AI and a proactive approach to leveraging AI-driven solutions in daily operations; proficiency in data analysis and coding languages (Python, R, etc.) preferred.
• Familiarity with investment portfolios, collateral management, liquidity pools, and evolving market trends.
• Strong relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and communication skills in a remote, fast-paced fintech environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of analyzing complex data to identify trends or irregularities.
• Comfortable using Google Suite, Slack, and MacOS.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work setup while maintaining a high level of productivity and collaboration.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to : relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range : 137,500-$180,000
