RBC Global Functions Technology (GFT) is seeking a senior software engineer to lead design and development of in-house apps and third‑party integrations for US Regulatory Reporting. You will drive AI-driven automation, cloud infrastructure, and scalable data processing to improve reporting accuracy and velocity.
You will mentor teams, engage with stakeholders, and advance responsible AI governance while delivering robust architectures across OpenShift, AWS, and Azure environments.

You will join a development team that builds in-house applications and integrates vendor products for our US Regulatory Reporting business in Finance IT. You will be leading technical and architectural design to create scalable technology solutions, powering growth, improving client experience, and making our reporting and support teams more efficient. You will bring expertise in cloud infrastructure, as well as AI/ML framework and MCP Server implementation to enhance automation, data analysis, and intelligent reporting capabilities.
