About the Role

You will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Contract Intelligence & Analytics features. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering innovative AI solutions to optimize contract processes for major companies worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create and execute a comprehensive product vision tailored to enterprise needs
• Build strong relationships with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams
• Collaborate with data science on AI model development
• Align with domain experts, technology teams, and external partners to meet customer needs

Product Development:

• Drive ideation, design, and implementation of AI products and features
• Define product requirements based on industry trends and customer feedback
• Develop monetization strategies to increase revenue

Team Leadership:

• Nurture a positive, innovative team culture with a deep understanding of legal and business domains

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about advancements in AI and legal tech
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Experience defining and tracking key metrics for AI products
• Startup experience and a track record of bringing features to market is a plus
• Legal or contract management domain knowledge is a bonus
• Understanding of legal contracts and data points or ability to learn quickly
• Technical decision engagement skills; technical background is a plus
• Familiarity with LLMs, machine learning frameworks, and legal applications tools
• Strong communication skills for technical requirements
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Client-facing experience to bridge internal and external needs
• Logical problem-solving and ability to simplify complex use cases
