Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD student
  • Knowledge of course material, with an emphasis on leadership expertise including the self-in-systems approach to leader development.
  • Previous experience as GTA for Executive Programs
  • Previous experience with course content
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD student at the University of Guelph
  • Previous experience as GTA for LEAD*6720
  • previous experience as a TA in an online environment at a graduate level

Course begins Sept 8, 2026 - October 25, 2026, running online for 7 weeks, with grades requiring submission no later than by Nov 9, 2026 to Executive Programs. This course is offered online. GTA should respond to emails, create and manage MS Teams site, grading, other duties as assigned.
