We're seeking an exceptional Lead 65/35 Fullstack TS Developer to join our engineering team in shipping products, not websites or artifacts. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll drive product development across a sophisticated backend-frontend architecture (35% backend, 65% frontend). You'll own technical strategy, lead high-performing teams, and deliver complex features end-to-end, all while maintaining the architectural excellence and security practices that define our platform. What You'll Do

Own the delivery of complex products across a modern backend/frontend platform while providing hands-on technical leadership.

• Build & Deliver– Complete end to end Fullstack TS development, from APIs and real-time services to frontend experiences, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
• Lead Architecture - Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions, define architecture, and balance long-term maintainability with delivery speed.
• Drive Product Outcomes - Partner closely with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver incremental value to customers.
• Champion Engineering Excellence - Set standards for code quality, testing, observability, performance, and security. Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to elevate team capability.
• Own Releases - Manage the full lifecycle of feature delivery, including CI/CD, security remediation, dependency management, documentation, compliance, and production releases.
• Continuously Improve- Measure outcomes, optimize team practices, and leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and quality.

Must-Have Skills

• Expert in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience delivering cloud-native applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, testing, and security
• Proven technical leadership and mentorship experience
• Effective use of AI-assisted development tools

Nice To Have

• Experience with Redis, Electron, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Familiarity with observability, data platforms, and security best practices
• Experience with AI-assisted development and agent-based workflows
