Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certification and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support 2nd Cooks and Prep Cooks in food preparation tasks.
• Read and follow recipes; prepare and cook hot and cold items.
• Ensure adequate quantities for banquets and events.
