Hiring Unit: Athletics and Recreation

Position Summary: Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Athletic Attendant assists members and ensures orderly and efficient operations at the fitness center.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring member safety and supervision.
  • Providing optimal member engagement and customer service.
  • Administer reservations and equipment rentals.
  • Ensuring proper equipment cleaning.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Emergency or Standard First-Aid with CPR-C (REQUIRED).
  • Aptitude for customer service.
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask.
  • Experience or knowledge working in a fitness center environment is recommended.

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma with minimal or no related experience.
