Job summary

TD SYNNEX Canada is seeking an LC Associate to handle goods received and shipped with strict SLA adherence. You will gain hands-on experience with RF scanners, SAP-based WMS, and various MHE equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role supports receiving, put-away, picking, and inventory tasks while maintaining 100% product accuracy and a clean, compliant workspace.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level role requiring basic warehouse/receiving/shipping knowledge.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is preferred.
  • High school diploma preferred; forklift MHE certification is a plus.

Job description

Job Purpose: Logistics Center (LC) Associate is responsible for all products being received and/or shipped out of the company with the established Service Level Agreements (SLA) set by the department. Assists in other areas of logistics duties as assigned by lead hand, supervisor or Manager to ensure operational success. this position pays at $18.60 per hour.

Responsibilities: Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards in all functions performed during assigned shift. Obtain required level of knowledge and understanding within the company’s WMS. Able to move readily from function to function as required by business need. Fork Lift certified employees will be required to use various MHE to put away or obtain large items either at ground level of on high shelves, for shipping. The employee will review work requests or tasks for items needed and ensure proper products are put away or picked from appropriate area. Employee will use a RF scanner. Ensure complete product accuracy of each order, while maintaining set operational standards, so as to provide quality customer service. Maintain 100% accuracy. Able to lift up to 50lbs, any additional weight is to be lifted with assistance. Replenishes workstations with supplies. Participates in inventory activities. Assist in other areas of the warehouse as assigned by your Supervisor, to ensure operational success. Adheres to all TD SYNNEX Canada, Provincial and Federal Health and Safety Policies, procedures and standards. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience). Experience with RF Scan Guns and a warehouse management system, preferably SAP. MHE Certification is an asset. High School Graduate is Preferred.

Objectif du poste : L’associé(e) du Centre Logistique (CL) est responsable de tous les produits reçus et/ou expédiés par l’entreprise, conformément aux accords de niveau de service (SLA) établis par le département. Il/elle assiste également dans d'autres tâches logistiques assignées par le chef d’équipe, le superviseur ou le gestionnaire afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations. Ce poste est rémunéré à 18,60 $ de l’heure.

Responsabilités : Atteindre ou dépasser les normes de productivité et de précision pour toutes les fonctions effectuées durant le quart de travail assigné. Acquérir le niveau de connaissance requis du système de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS) de l’entreprise. Être capable de passer facilement d’une fonction à une autre selon les besoins opérationnels. Les employés certifiés pour la conduite de chariots élévateurs devront utiliser divers équipements de manutention (MHE) pour ranger ou récupérer de gros articles au sol ou sur des étagères élevées, pour l’expédition. Examiner les demandes ou tâches de travail pour identifier les articles requis et s’assurer que les bons produits sont rangés ou prélevés dans la zone appropriée. Utiliser un lecteur RF (scanner radiofréquence). Assurer une précision complète des produits pour chaque commande, tout en respectant les normes opérationnelles établies, afin d’offrir un service client de qualité. Maintenir une précision de 100 %. Être capable de soulever jusqu’à 50 lb; tout poids supplémentaire doit être soulevé avec assistance. Réapprovisionner les postes de travail en fournitures. Participer aux activités d’inventaire. Assister dans d’autres secteurs de l’entrepôt selon les directives du superviseur, pour assurer le succès opérationnel. Respecter toutes les politiques, procédures et normes de santé et sécurité de TD SYNNEX Canada, ainsi que celles provinciales et fédérales. Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire.

Connaissances, compétences et expérience : Niveau débutant (0 à 1 an d’expérience pertinente). Expérience avec les lecteurs RF et un système de gestion d’entrepôt, idéalement SAP. Une certification MHE est un atout. Diplôme d’études secondaires préféré.
