Associate Lawyer - Estate Litigation - 4+ years of experience
A well-established, full-service litigation law firm in downtown Vancouver is seeking an experienced associate lawyer to join its growing Estate Litigation group. With a longstanding reputation for quality client service and exceptional advocacy, the firm offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional. A portable practice and book of business is an asset. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of files and must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strong client service skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop effective case strategies in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Manage a full caseload from initiation to resolution.
- Maintain a strong dedication to providing exceptional client service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the firm's continued growth and reputation.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
- Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
