Associate Lawyer - Estate Litigation - 5+ years of experience

Our client, a growing and forward-thinking law firm, is seeking an experienced Estate Lawyer to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with at least 5 years of practice experience and a solid foundation in estate law. The role offers the chance to manage a variety of complex files with a focus on client advocacy, clear communication, and compassionate service. An existing client base is preferred, but not required. Clearly defined partnership track, ability to mentor, lead the estate group - mold the department and set quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and advocate for clients in estate law matters.
  • Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
  • Negotiate resolutions while maintaining professional relationships.
  • Offer strategic advice to clients and support colleagues within the firm.
Candidate Profile
