Overview

A leading national business law firm is seeking a talented and motivated associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join its Corporate Department in Vancouver. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to develop expertise in private M&A, private equity (PE), and general corporate matters within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on and manage domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including:
    • Private M&A and dispositions
    • Private equity and growth equity investments
    • Joint ventures and strategic alliances
    • Complex corporate reorganizations
  • Provide guidance on general corporate law and governance issues across various industries
  • Collaborate closely with clients and senior counsel in a dynamic legal setting
  • Contribute to mentorship, professional development, and outstanding client service
