We are seeking a full-time associate lawyer to assist with our busy litigation / solicitors practice.

The firm is about to celebrate its 25th year of practice and is led by Grant Haddock, KC. We are looking for candidates called to the Bar of British Columbia who have litigation or solicitor-related experience, excellent drafting and research skills, strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Interest and experience in strata property law and residential tenancies would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Direct client interaction and participation in promotional activities.
• Full conduct over appropriate files and opportunities to exercise advocacy skills before administrative tribunals and the Provincial, Supreme and Appeal courts.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-forward, open-door firm environment with support from a full team.
