Canalta Group is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our 7 Star service mindset and consistently deliver legendary guest experiences through spotless laundry operations, crisp linens, and a welcoming environment for every guest across our Canalta hotels.

You will be trained to a high standard, encouraged to grow within our Canalta Hotel family, and empowered to collaborate with teammates, follow safety guidelines, and uphold the brand’s values in every shift.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Friendly, upbeat demeanor that puts guests at ease.
• Reliable with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Next Level Performance: complete an exceptional laundry attendant training program.
• Deliver 7 Star Cleanliness by keeping laundry clean, crisp and folded; keep common areas sparkling.
• Be a Brand Ambassador representing Canalta values in person and online.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to create a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
• Be a Problem Solver by resolving guest issues and turning obstacles into opportunities.
