Overview : The House Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, ironing, folding, and distributing linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.

Responsibilities :

• Attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior towards guests, managers, and colleagues.
• Operate washing machines and dryers.
• Load and unload laundry according to standards.
• Wash and dry all linens and towels.
• Sort linens by type, color, size, etc.
• Pre-treat stained linens before washing.
• Clean dryer filters daily and maintain equipment.
• Operate irons and ensure they are shut off after use.
• Clean laundry floors and store linens properly.
• Fold towels and linens neatly.
• Sort and load clean laundry onto carts.
• Keep laundry carts and work area clean.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
