POSITION SUMMARY :
Reporting to the Support Service Manager and / or designate, the dedicated Laundry Aide will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting soiled laundry from each of our buildings, transporting the laundry carts to the laundering facility, washing and drying the laundry in commercial machines, folding the clean laundry, and distributing them as appropriate to residents. There is a high volume of laundry that must be handled promptly, so you need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
