Latham & Watkins Brand Ambassador

We are now accepting applications to become the next Latham & Watkins Brand Ambassador! You will be paid £13 per hour for this role.

You will be required to work approximately 2 hours per week over a 16 week period starting in September and ending in February.

The training day will take place on Thursday 21st August at Latham & Watkins head office. Attendance is compulsory.

We are hiring 18 Brand Ambassadors for our 2024 campaign from the below universities:

Responsibilities of a Latham & Watkins Brand Ambassador

  • Work towards objectives and targets set by On-Campus Promotions and Latham & Watkins.
  • Collaborate with clubs and societies to raise awareness of Latham & Watkins.
  • Carry out promotional activities on campus to raise awareness of Latham & Watkins, such as “Meet the Brand Ambassador” events, lecture shout-outs, event stalls, and more.
  • Utilise social media channels to share information about Latham & Watkins.
  • Promote engaging content such as newsletters, reels, and graphics to support the Latham & Watkins campaign.
  • Gather feedback from students and provide insights and reports to the On-Campus Promotions team.

Role Requirements

  • You must be a 2nd, penultimate, or final year student as of September 2024.
  • Availability to work 2-3 hours per week both on and off campus from September - February.
  • Comfortable working independently, both on campus and on social media.
  • Ability to maintain regular communication with your On-Campus Promotions manager via our mobile app.
  • Passionate about the law industry and helping others achieve their career goals with Latham & Watkins.
  • You must be on track for a 2:1 based on completed modules etc.
  • You must be a member of at least one society at your university; Law specific memberships are preferable.
  • You must be confident in producing social media content, including short form video content.
  • We are especially interested in candidates who understand the significance of DE&I, particularly in engaging with and inspiring commitment from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities and students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • You must be able to think outside the box and always seek out new opportunities.

What is the application process?

Step one: Register with On-Campus Promotions.

Step two: Complete a video task specific to Latham & Watkins.

Step three: Complete an online behavioural assessment.

Step four: Attend a 15 minute virtual interview with Latham & Watkins.

You must be available to attend an in-person training session at the Latham & Watkins London office on the Thursday 21st August 2025 should you be successful in your application.
