Job description

Laser City is Edmonton’s newest laser tag facility! We are growing and are looking for team members to run our Laser Tag games and Minecraft Camps!

We are looking for fun, friendly, and outgoing people to join our team. This is a perfect position for someone in school.

What does a Team Member do?

You are the friendly faces that greet our customers as they walk in the door. You are the reason our players have an amazing time while they visit Laser City.

Some of the tasks for the role include:

  1. Checking our players in
  2. Answering questions for our guests
  3. Helping keep our day on schedule
  4. Making sure our facilities are clean and presentable

We run laser tag games, mini paintball, and eSports. We cross-train most of our staff to assist with all the products.

We are open regular hours of Wednesday–Sunday, along with taking bookings through the week.

As mentioned, you MUST be available both Saturday and Sunday in order to be considered. This position starts at $15/hour.

Our customers walk out the door saying "that was so much fun", so it's not hard to enjoy your work. If you're having fun, they're having fun.
