Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in English and any of the required languages listed above
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of medical terminologies is considered an asset
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Available to work a fixed weekly schedule of at least 30 hours with no planned absences for the first 450 hours
• Legally authorized to work in Canada and reside in Canada
• Have a suitable quiet and secure work environment at home
• Have stable, fast internet connection and a smartphone device
