6. Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
7. Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
8. Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
9. Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop effective recruitment marketing strategies.
10. Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve the recruitment process.
11. Utilize recruitment analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
