Join Team Tiger where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic flow in various work environments. As a Traffic Control Person, you will be responsible for managing traffic patterns, directing vehicles, and ensuring the safety of workers and the public.

Responsibilities :

  • Implement and enforce traffic control plans to maintain safe and organized traffic flow
  • Direct vehicles and pedestrians to ensure safe passage through work zones
  • Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to coordinate traffic movements
  • Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades
  • Monitor work areas for potential hazards and address any safety concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with construction crews to ensure smooth traffic operations during projects

Positions available full time only.

Requirements :

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Valid BCCSA License.

Experience :

  • Experience in paving or road construction industry
  • Proficiency in heavy equipment operation for traffic control purposes
  • Ability to read and interpret traffic control plans
  • Strong communication skills to effectively direct traffic and communicate with team members
  • Knowledge of building temporary structures for traffic control purposes is an advantage
