Position Overview

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Landscaping Crew Members to join our team. Positions are available on our Lawn Maintenance Crew, Construction Crew, and Garden / Bed Crew. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and creating beautiful landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and general maintenance
• Participate in landscape construction projects (patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc.)
• Perform planting, weeding, mulching, and garden / bed maintenance
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with crew leaders and team members to complete projects on time
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on the job site
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and layout for landscape projects
• Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and borders
• Install drainage systems, edging, and other functional landscape elements
• Load, unload, and move construction materials such as pavers, stone, mulch, and soil
• Safely operate power tools, compactors, skid steers, and other construction equipment
• Follow project plans, blueprints, or directions from crew leaders / supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual – we depend on our team members
• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience is preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual labor tasks
• Valid driver's license
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 – 50 per week
