We are seeking an experienced Landscaper who enjoys outdoor work in all weather conditions. You will perform landscape maintenance tasks, including snow removal. If you are detail-oriented, physically fit, and enjoy teamwork, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure site cleanliness
  2. Be flexible with on-call hours between 6 am and 9 pm, including weekends
  3. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as skid steers, small tractors, and sweepers
  4. Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups on equipment and attachments
  5. Remove heavy furniture, garbage, and appliances from suites and around the site
  6. Complete maintenance requests
  7. Perform snow and ice removal, sanding, salting, and log completion
  8. Maintain lawns: cutting, trimming, watering, edging, weed control
  9. Apply weed killer and fertilizer
  10. Maintain trees, hedges, and flowerbeds; remove dead trees
  11. Maintain parking lots: sweeping, washing, line marking, debris removal from catch basins
  12. Repair and stain fences
  13. Maintain building exteriors: eaves, siding, lighting, signage
  14. Spring clean-up: hazard line painting, irrigation start-up, power washing, planting, pothole filling
  15. Fall clean-up: leaf removal, irrigation winterization, garden and tree maintenance
  16. Operate and perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment
  17. Paint halls, suites, parkades, and common areas
  18. Assist with other tasks and sites as needed
Experience and Educational Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years landscaping service experience
  • Professional training with landscaping equipment
  • Minor mechanical experience is an asset
Technical Requirements
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to operate skid steer and payloader
  • Ability to operate smaller equipment: lawn mowers, snow blowers, small tractors
  • Familiarity with technology is an asset
Non-Technical Requirements
  • Ability to work up to 8 hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
  • Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with proper equipment
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Positive attitude
Additional Requirements
  • Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
  • Valid driver’s license
