Responsibilities

• Manage landscaping projects.
• Survey and evaluate designated sites.
• Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products.
• Perform treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting treatment solutions.
• Assess the health of lawns.
• Supervise crews responsible for the health and appearance of golf courses and their surrounding landscapes.
• Examine trees and shrubs in order to diagnose problems and disease.
• Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental purposes, and other purposes.
• Plan and construct landscaped environments that may include trees, shrubberies, lawns, fences, decks, patios, and other landscape structures.
• Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens.
• Plant and move trees.
