Job summary

Creative Roots Landscaping Ltd. is seeking an experienced landscape installation lead to run enhancement projects from start to finish. You will plan, sequence, and execute work, lead the crew, manage time, materials, and quality, and deliver a clean, professional result on-time and on-budget.

You’ll be accountable for outcomes, communicate with clients and managers, and mentor team members as the project progresses. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape installation or construction experience.
• Proven crew leadership experience.
• Ability to plan, sequence, and execute projects (not just tasks).
• Valid driving license and clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• High attention to detail and pride in your work.

At Creative Roots Landscaping, our Enhancement team focuses on upgrading and refining high-end residential landscapes — softscape installs, irrigation and lighting upgrades, and targeted improvements that demand detail and care.

These are fast-paced, client-facing projects.

They require someone who can think ahead, lead with confidence, and deliver a clean, polished result.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll lead enhancement projects including:

• Softscape installs and bed renovations
• Irrigation and lighting upgrades
• Seasonal displays and property refreshes
• Minor hardscape repairs

Day-to-day:

• Plan and run the job
• Delegate and lead the crewManage materials and workflow
• Track time and job progress
• Maintain clean, professional sites
• Communicate with clients and managers
• Train and develop team members

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of landscape installation or construction experience
• Proven crew leadership experience
• Ability to plan and execute projects (not just tasks)
• Valid driving license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• High attention to detail and pride in your work

Assets (Not Required)

• Irrigation or lighting experience
• Horticulture knowledge
• First Aid or industry certifications
