Job summary

Green Spade Landscaping and Maintenance in Richmond, BC, is seeking a Landscape worker to join our maintenance team. This is a permanent, full-time role with shifts including early mornings and weekends.

The successful candidate will weed, prune, plant, and maintain landscapes, operate equipment such as a snowblower, and write daily progress reports. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English language required.
  • High school graduation certificate required.
  • 1–2 years of related landscaping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors for long hours in various locations.
  • Experience operating landscape maintenance equipment (including snowblower) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants.
  • Cut the grass.
  • Remove garbage and litter.
  • Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and bulbs.
  • Apply fertilizers.
  • Maintain and repair equipment.
  • Write daily basic progress reports.
  • Water and maintain plants, lawns, and gardens.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
  • Remove trees.

Green Spade Landscaping and Maintenance, located in Richmond, BC, V7E 6C4. The company is actively seeking applicants for the role of Landscape worker. The applicant should be a self‑motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be required to commence work at the earliest opportunity. It will be Permanent employment or a full‑time job. The candidate must be available to work early morning, morning, day, and weekend shifts, as well as be on call.
