Your Responsibilities as a Landscape Technician

1. Front-Line Employee: You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You’ll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care.
2. Base prep and installation of grass sod and/or grass over seeding, lifting and spreading of mulch and ornamental rocks.
3. The team looks to you to perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery. This may include other lawn care duties when not focused on Landscaping work.
4. You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
5. You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

1. Attendance: Might sound basic, but it’s critical to meet our Customer Service goals. You need to be here as required by your supervisory team.
2. Budget vs Actual Hours: Keeping jobs profitable is dependent on managing the time planned and spent at each job.
3. Return Rates: You’ll ensure quality control to make sure it’s rare to ever need to go back to redo a job.
4. Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service, will keep them coming back.
5. Full Utilization of Software & Processes: This helps make all of the above possible.

Job Requirements for Landscaping Team Member

1. Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
2. If you don’t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.

In addition, there are a few additional minimum requirements that are necessary to be considered for this position.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $22 to $25 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional.
