Job summary

Arbour Crest Tree Services Ltd. in Saskatoon seeks an experienced landscaper to join a growing tree and landscape service company. You will perform general landscaping construction and maintenance duties and may run a small crew of 3–4 people on larger projects.

Winter work shifts toward snow removal; you will operate equipment such as skid steer and tractor. Lot of on-site/off-site training, benefits, sales bonuses, and apprentice training available.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education required.
• 1-2 years of landscaping/tree service experience.
• Driver's license and own transportation required.
• Ability to operate basic landscape equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping construction and maintenance duties.
• Lead a small crew of 3–4 people when needed.
• Run and maintain horticultural equipment including skid steer and tractor.
• Handle a variety of tasks including soft landscaping, irrigation and pruning.

Duties & Skills:

• Experienced landscaper required for a growing tree and landscape service company

• Wide variety of jobs may include soft landscaping, irrigation, natural rock work, spraying, tree nursery work, tree pruning, spring yard clean-ups.
• In the winter the work primarily shifts to snow removal

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in the field
• Driver's license and own transportation
• Steel toe boots
• Equipment maintenance skills

• First Aid training an asset
• Pestcide Applicator an asset
• Horticultural College preferred
• LANTA CLT CNLA training preferred
