The Opportunity

As a Landscape Technician, you will report to the Facilities Manager and be involved in maintaining and preserving property grounds, ensuring high resident satisfaction through excellent service.

What you bring...

  • At least two years of landscaping experience preferred
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Experience operating landscaping equipment and machinery (e.g., aerators, power washers, bobcats, skid steers)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
  • Ownership and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle (asset)
  • Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds

You will...

  • Perform physically demanding tasks under supervision to maintain grounds
  • Assist maintenance technicians as needed
  • Service and maintain equipment
  • Conduct lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and minor repairs
  • Manage small equipment and ensure property cleanliness
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by management
