This is a vacant position. Candidates must be 18+ years of age, able to start work at 6am, and available to work the contract period from March - September 01, 2025. Rates may vary based on experience.

Responsibilities:
Construct new interlocking pavements including excavation and granular base construction
Remove and reinstall existing interlocking pavement
Operate power tools associated with interlocking brick construction (concrete saw, plate tamper)
Assist in landscape maintenance, site clean-up activities, and other duties as required

Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience installing and maintaining interlocking brick pavements
Previous training and experience with the operation of power tools
Familiarity with pre-cast modular retaining wall products, their application and installation in the landscape
Individuals that are able to meet the physical requirements of the job including: bending, lifting, utilizing hand tools and working in various weather conditions
Someone that is able to work cooperatively in a team environment
Candidates with a valid Ontario Driver’s license (class G/G2) with a clean abstract
Individuals that are able to provide their own CSA approved safety footwear
Candidates that have a reliable source of transportation, outside of public transit
