Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional outdoor spaces. Candidates residing in Canada - Regina, SK will be considered.

What you will do:

Assisting with lawn care and landscape work on both residential and commercial jobsites.

Using and maintain power tools such as quick cut saws, chain saws, plate tampers, power wheelbarrows, skills saws, sod cutter, rototiller, drills, etc.

Install features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, and planting beds.

Raking, shoveling, spreading material, mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, mulching, sweeping, etc.

Assist crews in maintaining a clean, orderly and safe job site.

Loading and unloading tools and materials from trucks and trailers.

Completing daily paperwork and maintaining accurate records of activities.

Helping to secure tools, equipment, and materials before transport.

Helping to improve efficiencies of the daily tasks.

What you will bring:

Ability to work with power/hand tools, small engine equipment, and materials.

Physically fit with good stamina.

Ability to follow safe working procedures.

Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.

Speak, read, and write English.

Flexibility in working hours including occasional weekend work due to weather and job schedules.

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with reliable transportation to and from work sites.

Personal smartphone with data plan for daily attendance marking, communication, and reporting.

Work Conditions:

Various locations including both residential and commercial landscape construction sites.

Working near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.

Working outdoors in various conditions including cold, heat and humidity, rain, dust, and noise.

Working flexible hours including occasional weekend work, stat holidays, and out-of-town work where required.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
