Job Description
Forest Ridge began as a family run landscape design, installation, and maintenance company for over 25 years. We have since amalgamated with a nationwide company called Urban Life Solutions. We have divisions spanning from Ontario all the way to Alberta. Our division covers a variety of contracts throughout GTA and surrounding areas, with commercial and residential landscaping projects including hardscaping, softscaping, grading, retaining walls, planting, and sodding. Year-round work available, including winter maintenance operations.

Our Ideal Candidates Possess All or Most of the Following:
- 2+ years’ experience in similar role
- Assist and enforce the safety, quality and productivity of work at sites
- Working knowledge and compliance of company policies and procedures as well as safety programs (any previous certificates ie. first aid considered an asset)
- Demonstrated ability to accurately complete forms, reports, hand in documents in a timely manner
- Working knowledge/proficiency with landscape maintenance and horticultural materials (incl. operation of equipment)
- Demonstrated ability to operate string trimmers, riding mowers, leaf blowers and manual lifting of up to 50lb
- Winter maintenance experience an asset
- Work closely with Foreman/Management to ensure successful job progress
- Willingness to work as part of a team, working extended hours/weekends as necessary
- Other manual duties as required
Essential Requirements
- Valid driver’s license in good standing, as well as clean abstract
- D/A/Z license as well as previous truck/trailer experience a definite asset
- Ability to work Monday-Saturday
